What is the cost of WhatsApp solutions?

The cost of WhatsApp solutions depends on specific factors, and it is additional to the cost of using WhatsApp Business solutions. The pricing details are as follows:

– Charges are based on new conversations (within a 24-hour window) and are divided into two categories: initiated by the company and initiated by the contact.
– The first 1000 conversations per month are free.
– Pricing varies by country. You can find more information here.
– To use WhatsApp automation, please top up your wallet in Solutions through the settings.

Conversations initiated by the company are when the company starts a conversation by sending a message to the contact for the first time or after 24 hours have passed since the last message from the contact (the 24-hour messaging window). Conversations initiated by the company must be sent using message templates.

Conversations initiated by the contact are when the company starts a conversation by responding to a message from the contact. This type of conversation includes any time the company responds to the contact within the 24-hour messaging window, and companies can send an unlimited number of messages of any type during this period.

Can I integrate my WhatsApp account with other solution channels?

Yes, you can link your WhatsApp number to your current Hulul’s channel.

In terms of workflow, although you cannot currently directly link WhatsApp messages to other Hulul’s channels, you can gather email addresses and phone numbers for future communication via email and/or text message channels.

Do I need a phone number to use WhatsApp solutions?

Yes, to use HULUL WhatsApp Business API, you will need a unique phone number.

Can conversations be displayed and replied to in the WhatsApp Business application on mobile phones?

After the connection, conversations will not be viewable or actionable in the WhatsApp Business app on mobile phones, but they can be easily viewed within the direct messaging interface in Hulul.

Can current phone numbers be used with solutions?

Despite that, we strongly recommend using a new, unused phone number with other WhatsApp applications. If you intend to use your current phone number for other WhatsApp applications in the future (such as WhatsApp Business or WhatsApp Personal), we advise you to preserve it and use a new number.

You can also use the number provided by your solutions (only available if WhatsApp has been activated as an additional channel in your current account).

Do you need to verify your Business Manager on Facebook?

For all customer-initiated conversations (incoming messages), it is not necessary to verify the Business Manager to get started.

For conversations initiated by businesses (outgoing messages), businesses will need to go through the Facebook Business Manager verification process to gain this access. We will guide you through the approval process.

Are you allowed to switch to WhatsApp solutions from another Business Solution Provider (BSP)?

Yes, if you wish to do so and retain your old number, please contact our support team.

Is WhatsApp available in the free solutions plan?

Yes, WhatsApp is available in the free solutions plan until one of the following occurs:

  1. 30 days have passed since successfully linking your phone number.
  2. Reaching 1000 contacts.
  3. Exhausting the first 1000 free conversations.

After any of these events, WhatsApp solutions will only be available for professional accounts.
